Plan your timber project with EST
You can begin before product codes or detailed quantities are available. Use this checklist to prepare an initial discussion; EST and the manufacturer can then review the scope together.
Project and site
Building use, country and city, approximate floor area or span, site access and local climate.
Design stage
Concept images, sketches or drawings, the design team and the current stage. Share what is available.
Local requirements
Applicable building rules, structural approval route and any known fire, seismic or material requirements, to be reviewed with your local professionals.
Scope of support
Tell us whether you need structural design coordination, Japanese glulam or CLT fabrication, export, assembly guidance, or a combination.
Schedule and shipment
Target design, delivery and construction dates, receiving port and preferred shipment scope.
Budget and next step
An indicative budget if available, the questions to resolve first and a contact for the project.
Final design, certification, cost and delivery depend on project review and the requirements at the destination. Reference buildings illustrate the manufacturer’s work; each new project requires its own assessment.
